Experience

The Servium Team is comprised of a wide-range of professionals that have more than 100 years of combined experience implementing more than $6 billion of funding for counties, cities, and states. Program/Project Allocation: $120 Million

Project Activities: Business Resiliency Mitigation and Hardening Program Design and Development

Services Provided:

  • Project Management Assistance
  • Coordinated With the Program Specialist Upon Initial Health Options Program (HOP) Eligibility Determination, Gather Information From Applicant, and Provide Communication to and Resources for the Applicant Until the File Is Closed
  • Work With Each Client to Provide an Assessment of the Client's Individual Situation and Needs. This Includes:
    • Any Disabilities
    • Mental Health Issues
    • Family Living Situation
    • Temporary Housing Status/Issues
    • Any Other Special Needs or Circumstances Relevant to Providing Assistance Through the Program
  • Assisted Clients During Each Phase of the Relocation Process as Needed, Which May Include:
    • Communication and Coordination With the Realtor and Program Specialist
    • Assistance With Necessary Paperwork
    • Review of House Plans With the Client
    • Flooring and Color Options
  • Work With Clients, the Realtor, the Sub-Recipient and General Land Office (GLO) to Address Applicable Client Temporary Housing Status During the Relocation Process, as Well as Expected Project Timeline for the Process.
